Hannah turns #3

We had a great day. Hannah got to pick out her own Build a Bear which turned out to be a Monkey named Cuddle. We had ice cream cake and opened presents. Hannah was excited to get two pretty new dresses from Nana and Papa and Uncle Jim and Aunt Beth. Which makes Mom and Dad happy because now she is excited to go to church on Sundays! YEAH!!!!

Colorado is Awesome

We made it to our new home! We were delayed in getting here due to the weather and the roads being closed. It was a exciting welcoming to our new home state. I am happy to announce that Kent did a wonderful job in picking out our new home. The more we get things put away the more we love it. The people here are some of the nicest I have meet. When Hannah and I went to get an oil change the man who changed the oil in the van gave us both a rose. When the gentleman who fixed our windsheild came to our house he even vacuumed our van and gave us a bottle of window cleaner! (Ok, for those who don't know, anyone who vacuums my van get lots of brownie points!)

We are loving our ward. It's the first ward where there are a lot of families with kids are age. I was use to have one of the bigger families in our other wards with four kids. Now, we fit right in. The kids are making lots of friends and really enjoying their activies. Jena and Hailey went to activity days this week, and both came home busting at the seams! They have so many girls, it's a mid week party!

Joshua likes to set back and just watch. He is a slow warmer, but he is also enjoying his new world. He is a little sad that our backyard is not as big as the one in CA, but the hot tub makes up for it. He loves only going to school three days a week, but right now is not a fan of the extended day. I can't believe he starts the 1st grade in July. I am going to have to get use to this year round school. Jury is still out as of yet.

Kent is working hard, and it's nice to have his office set up for him. It's a lot easier for him to get things done. I really enjoy when he gets to work from home. Just hearing him on the phone makes me happy. I love being near him!

Hannah is just as loveable and fisty as ever. I am trying to do the potty training thing. I have never had one so stubborn or sassy. I found her akeles heal. She found a beautiful princess nightgown she wanted really bad. I told her we would get it, but she couldn't wear it to bed unless she stayed dry all day. We will see if today is the day!

I am just feeling very blessed and content. I am so grateful for all my wonderful blessings. Being here is like coming home. It reminds me so much of where I grew up in Montana! I am very happy!
